the weather is too nice / can't see the screen on my smart phone
A First World Problems post.
The heated car seat has two settings: too warm and off. You spend the whole drive switching between them, quietly suffering, like a pioneer. The large pizza doesn't fit in the fridge. So now you have to eat it. You didn't want to have to eat it. Well, you did, but now there's no choice, and somehow that's worse. The wifi doesn't reach the bathroom, so for six whole minutes you are alone with your thoughts. You read the shampoo bottle twice. It knows more about aloe than anyone needs to. Forty minutes choosing something to watch across three streaming services. You pick nothing and go to bed. You have been robbed of an evening by too many options, a sentence you will say to nobody. **Why it caught on:** the phrase is older than the picture, but around 2011 a stock photo of a woman crying into her hand became its face. It lets you complain and admit how small the complaint is in the same breath.
