Yes, its not like we are going to give away free food to countries who cant produce their own. It is better to teach a 3rd world country to sustain itself rather than begging for food. Plus, USA is a big country after all. If the United states produced 90% of the food for the world population, and kept it all for itself, there would be WAY many more poor and starving countries if that were true.
